Hooters in Pensacola Beach

The view here is breathtaking and the wings aren’t bad either! Though I chose the fish tacos off the ‘Wise Choice’ menu... and they were delicious as well. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean but I’ve never sat inside before. Oh... and clean bathrooms which isn’t always easy to find at the beach!

Food's good service is a little slow but it's a great location.

The straight haired blonde bartender was absolutely horrible. I was coming out of town just wanting to experience bar restaurant vibe for Mother’s Day weekend. As a mother with no break I just wanted a drink because the server was never seem to give a second round or refills. She was rude, said she wouldn’t serve because the bar was closed when she was serving a group a guys at the end of the bar. I just wanted to order a drink. Not sit at the bar. As a former hooters girl I felt it was very unprofessional. I get how the pandemic is stressful on everyone but I have never been treated with an eye roll or disrespectful attitude at any of my fellow stores except this one. Maybe she was having a bad day but her attitude was straight up awful. And will not be coming here again because of it.

After ten minutes and watching two tables sat after me being helped I got up and walked out. Pathetic lack of service. The one star is for the hostess who was polite and sat me on the deck.

Great food and service. Live band at the place next door could be heard. They messed up my mom's order repeatedly but the manager was very nice and took it off the bill. Its a great spot to go on 4th of July for the fireworks!

Great service, great fun, great food!! Wish there was still a Hooters in Pensacola but I'm not complaining of the beautiful drive to get to this one.

Horrible service. Mistook real out of state IDs for fakes for myself, my brother, and my father. When pressed to scan or actually verify the ID they refused and continued to refuse service. Took my business to Flounders and had no problems.

Our reservation was for Allen and when they called our name they literally didn’t even give us a chance to respond. As soon as the worker said “party for Allen” some drunk chick walked up and said “u mean Elena???” And the waitress said sure and seated the group for OUR reservation (they ended up getting an awesome ocean view that we were supposed to get even though they came like 20 mins after us) When I asked the waitress why she gave our reservation to someone else she said she called our name and we didn’t respond. Yea that’s because literally .5 seconds after you gave it to someone else without even allowing us time to respond

Decided to stop here as we rolled into Pensacola. Coming off the covid scare of 2020, we were unsure of what to expect due to so many parameters in place to keep people safe but it was still a comfortable dining experience with plenty of room and great service. The wings were some of the best ever and in fact, we had to order more later on in the week. Sitting outside with a view of the bay sweetens the deal even more. Will be our go to spot every time we visit.

Horrible management!!! Specifically asked for my door to come out at a certain time. Gave them 45 minutes to cook. Food came out cold so had to send it back. Then they gave me food with meat (I'm a vegetarian) they made it seem like I'm an inconvenience. Manager only gave me a refund once I demanded it and told him my luft was waiting. Guess what, my lift left because he took his sweet time entering the refund on purpose, even though I told him time was of the essence. Didn't matter. Prissy and disappointed to say the least. Last time I go here.

Burgers good. Atmosphere good. Menu selection needs improvement though

As soon as my group and I entered the building, we were told they weren’t seating, which is totally fine, until the group behind us got seated as we were leaving. Also, the lighting is atrocious.

Sat there for about 12-15 minutes before anyone besides the hostess acknowledged us. Then they told us at 8:45 they couldn’t do any bar sales because they were closing early. Ended up walking out and telling the manager what happened, he maybe cared. Top three worst I’ve been treated at a restaurant. During a pandemic you would think people would want to work harder to make sure their job doesn’t get lost. Would have given one star but coronavirus isn’t their fault. Worst part is i tip phenomenon, especially during the Rona. Sad face

I always seem to get the Daytona Wings.

Took my 16 & 18 year old sons for their 1st visit. Heard no complaints! The waitress was kind enough to take photo with them. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced!!

Fun and friendly

Looked like a good amount of wait staff on hand but just seemed like chaos. From the waiting list that somehow disappeared to waiting about 10 minutes before the waitress came to our table. Once we got our food it was a lack of checking in that was a bit disappointing. Waiting on refills and dipping sauce in my opinion or service standards should be at a minimum. This was not the case tonight.

This hooters is nice. It has outdoor seating and nice views of the sound.

Lemon Pepper rub on Naked Wings was delicious!

Service was great, Megan was very attentive and sweet. The food has changed over the years, its improved since 2015, it's still not as good since they added their "Naked" wings! The buffalo shrimp is still the best thing about their food. The beach scenery is great here in Pensacola Beach Florida!

They only have outside seating right now and it was a little busy. The food was good.

The boneless wings were cold, and tough to chew. The fries were cold also, not good quality of food. The waiter was nice.

Great view of the bay. Ate at Hooters. Services was slow, but it was a busy weekend and the servers were great.

Just came in, about 10 minutes to 2pm on 11/9/19. Took almost 10 minutes to get our waters ordered and brought to us. Then we sit there for almost 20 minutes without our waitress ever coming back. But she can stand at the food window talking to other employees and play on her phone. We tell the manager as we are getting our things to head to another restaurant, don’t even get a response. Lack of response from him was probably due to me walking out as telling him though. Treat you potential customers with better attention than you give your phone and friends that you work with.

Worst Hooters ever! They took us to a table and didn’t have enough chairs in the restaurant to equip the table of 4. The hostess then asked if we could sit at a high top, fine no problem. She left us standing there while we had to wait for a bus boy to clear a table. Once that was done, we sat down and had to wait for 15 minutes to have our drink order taken. The wait staff completely ignored us! And they weren’t that busy! Finally had our order taken and brought out. Food was okay. Ordered another pitcher of beer. It took so long we were done eating before it was brought out! Crazy slow, rude, and not very clean restaurant. Will not go back!
